One half marathon later and I’m still on track.

Weekly Amount:

Running = 13.1 miles
Biking = 46 miles
Swimming = 4000 M or 2.5 miles
Total Amount: 62 miles

Overall Amount:

Running = 64 miles (47 miles to San Diego)
Biking = 178 miles (64 miles to Las Vegas)
Swimming = 25,200 meters or 15.7 miles (21.6 miles to Los Angeles)
Total = 256 miles (159 miles to San Fransisco)
