Zeb  I completed my goal for this week . . . are you impressed?

Weekly Amount:

  • Running = 10 miles
  • Biking = .1 mile
  • Swimming = 4200 M or 2.6 miles

Total Amount:

  • Running = 19.8 miles (17.5 miles to downtown L.A.)
  • Biking = .1 mile (37.2 miles to downtown L.A.)
  • Swimming = 8300 meters or 5.1 miles (32.2 miles to downtown L.A.)
  • Total = 25 miles (12.3 miles to downtown L.A.)
